 Playing the ever-optimistic and perpetually unlucky middle child of the Heck family, Eden brought depth, humor and relatability to Sue, making her a beloved character among fans.  Per her Instagram, she's been busy creating and writing pilots and short films. She was also the center of a greenlit-and-then-cancelled "The Middle" spin-off, "Sue Sue in the City."  Eden Sher is an American actress best known for her portrayal of Sue Heck on the TV show “The Middle”, and as the voice of Star Butterfly in the animated series “Star vs. The Forces of Evil”, in addition to many other roles.  Patricia Heaton reunited with her The Middle co-star Eden Sher for an adorable picture, and now I'm thinking about the Sue Heck spinoff again.  While she was just 18 and had a few roles to her name when the show premiered, now, Sher is a 30-year-old woman with two children of her own.
